Phill Wilson is the primary consultant and facilitator for Alliance Associates Inc.   When additional facilitators are required for projects or programs, our contract facilitators maintain the high standard of excellence AAi clients have come to expect.

Nanci Appleman-Vassil, APLS Group, Raleigh, NC
Nanci is President and Chief Learning Officer of A Performance and Learning Strategies Group.  She conducts Celemi business simulations as part of her training and consulting business, which specializes in facilitating individuals, groups and organizations toward better solutions for increased effectiveness. Prior to establishing her own consulting practice, Nanci was a Corporate Training Manager for R.H. Donnelley and Director of Programs for NTL Institute for the Applied Behavior Sciences.

Gail Ginder, Claros Group, Healdsburg, CA
Gail is an executive coach, trainer, and consultant providing a wide range of services for AAi.  Her areas of expertise include leadership coaching, management and supervisory training, executive retreats, team building, and meeting facilitation. Gail is known for her no-nonsense yet compassionate approach to working with groups and individuals.

Randy Jones, RMJ & Associates, Inc., Marietta, GA
Randy is CEO of RMJ & Associates, Inc., a performance and profit enhancement consulting firm in business since 1992. He is certified to facilitate Celemi programs and has facilitated more Decision Base programs than any one else in the world - three hundred and fifty two at last count. His experience with Celemi dates back to 1987.

Brent Snow, Great-Company, Syracuse, NY 
Brent develops and facilitates high-end organizational simulations that focus on the challenges of managing and leading in today's fact-paced knowledge intensive organizations.  As a Celemi Associate, he is the North American Master Facilitator of the TANGO Simulation and has conducted over 150 Tango sessions. 

Bob Stevens, Health Centric Marketing Services, Durham, NC
Bob faciliates Apples & Oranges Healthcare as part of his focused effort to provide marketing services to the healthcare industry.  His marketing career includes product management with an international consumer goods/pharmaceutical company and senior-level marketing positions with companies in the healthcare industry.   He also teaches executives health care marketing as an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill's School of Public Health.
