Producing Results with Others offers an in-depth exploration of the way people work together and equips individuals with the skills necessary for successful interactions in a wide range of business situations. Participants master the Social Style Model through exercises, role-playing and video segments.  Multi-rater profiles give participants a better understanding of their Social Style and Versatility strengths and weaknesses.   The self-paced study plus one classroom day format combines computer-based study with instructor-led training for a blended learning approach.  Participants receive a CD-ROM with an in-depth explanation of the Social Style Model and a series of video exercises to complete before class.  Class time is reduced without sacrificing valuable content.
