Coaching executives, leaders and high potential employees was a natural evolution of AAi's consulting and training experiences. In the process of helping organizations, teams and individuals develop, it became clear that desired changes occur most consistently when change initiatives and process improvements include follow-up support in the form of coaching.

When coaching leaders and teams, AAi uses a variety of time tested instruments and models including the Social Style Model, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, FIRO Element B and Situational Leadership.
